HepsiJet, a logistics company under Hepsiburada, one of Turkey’s largest e-commerce platforms, faces significant operational challenges, particularly during high-demand periods like Black Friday. With tens of thousands of customers, seven operation centers, 172 shipping points, and 16 transfer centers spread across Turkey’s 81 cities, HepsiJet is continuously expanding its services.
Efficient logistics and accurate data-driven decision-making are critical for maintaining their competitive edge, especially during peak periods like Black Friday, known as ‘Legendary Friday’ in Turkey.

- HepsiJet required enhanced logistics management, particularly for tracking performance and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout their supply chain.
